The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our wine tour. Minor issues included a defective switch and a smelly skip nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Decent food, excellent service and pleasant view to the back garden. Fashionable & huge room, with flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a study table. Delicious and good breakfast, a wide range of options available.

The location in an industrial area was comfortable and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. It was good value with a delightful décor.

Good value for money room with private bathroom and a mini bar and a chair. Breathtaking view to garden.

the room was clean and cool on a hot Maitland summer day. The sliding door led to a lovely patio and grass area for my son to play. The friendly staff made our visit enjoyable, and we appreciated the convenient location, close to eateries and attractions like the Maitland Regional Art Gallery. We loved the pool too!

Shower door was damaged and would not shut easily. Tv reception was poor. Bed pillows were hard. Cost of the room was excessive.

The comfy bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, while the good-sized shower added a touch of luxury to my morning routine. I also appreciated the extensive database provided, making it easy to plan my visit and access local information seamlessly.

though, this was a small drawback in an otherwise wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed the modern feel of the room and the quiet location, even thought the motel was very busy, we were not disturbed by noise from others. The convenient location of the adjoining modern hotel for a few relaxing drinks before dinner was just a bonus!!! We loved it and would definitely stay again..

I liked the convenient location - super close to local dining spots like McDonald's and Oporto. The rooms were clean and tidy, which is always a plus when you're traveling with a big group. Plus, having a pool and laundry facilities made things a lot easier for our families!

Despite reporting these issues, I felt like management didn't really care. The unkempt lawns were another eyesore. a decent motel, but definitely needs some better attention to guests’ safety and comfort.

Sausages and bacon for breakfast were healthy, and overall it was a nice morning meal. The room with bathtub shower was good value.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, making me feel right at home in a convenient location.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety for those with dietary restrictions.

The shower head: a) Was too high. I'm 6' tall and the shower head was too high for me. For my 5'6" wife, it was close to useless. b) Point a) was made worse by the fact that the shower head didn't so much 'shower' as it did 'mist'. The water pretty much evaporated before it reached my waist. Sorry, but I actually wouldn't stay at the hotel again simply due to the shower.

The room was a letdown. No microwave or toaster made it hard to prepare meals, and the bed was uncomfortable, sinking in the middle. Plus, the pool was filthy with debris, making it uninviting to use. Such a disappointment!
